Goji Switzer

2 Tbsp Goji Berries (soaked for 15 mins)
1 tsp Ginger (grated)
Juice of 1 Orange
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
1 1/2 cups filtered water
Crushed ice (optional)
Sweetener (optional)

Blend in a high-speed blender.
Add 1 tsp raw honey or coconut sugar for taste.
To make crushed ice, place ice cubes in a blender and pour enough water to cover the ice cubes.
Pulse the blender for a few seconds.
Drain the water and pour over the drink.

Orange Banana Smoothie

2 oranges
2 bananas
2 handful of spinach or other leafy greens
1 Tbsp of chia seeds
1 tsp of spirulina powder

Blend in a Vitamix blender till smooth.

Spirulina is one of the best sources or protein and chlorophyl.
Spinach is an excellent source of iron and lutein.
You get Vitamin C from oranges and potassium from bananas and essential fatty acids from chia seeds.

Cinnamon Apple Chips

4 to 5 Apples
1 Tbs Cinnamon powder

1. Cut apples into paper-thin slices, about 1-2 mm thick.
2. Line chips in a single layer onto a dehydrator mesh tray.
3. Sprinkle chips with cinnamon powder evenly and generously.
4. Dehydrate at 46 degrees Celcius for 10-12 hours or till crisp and crunchy.
5. Enjoy or store in a sealed container for later snacking if there’s any left!

Spirulina Energy Bliss Balls

1 cup Walnuts
3/4 cup Dates
1/4 cup Almond Butter
(process dehydrated almonds in a food processor for 10 mins or till buttery, add a pinch of salt after)
1/4 cup Pumpkin Seeds
1/4 cup Raisins (soaked 15 mins)
1/8 cup Goji Berries (soaked 15 mins)
1 1/2 tbsp Chia Seeds (soaked in 3 tbsp water for 15 mins)
1 1/2 tsp Spirulina Powder
1/4 tsp Cinnamon Powder
pinch of Sea Salt

Process walnuts and dates in a food processor till it binds into a meal consistency.
Place mixture in a bowl and add all other ingredients.
Combine by hand till evenly distributed.
Roll into balls and sprinkle shredded coconut over or roll in cacao powder.
